Compared to industrial pure titanium, Grade 5 Titanium offers extremely high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and good fatigue properties while maintaining a low density, making it the material of choice for high-end medical and engineering applications.

In the medical field, Grade 5 Titanium is extensively used in high-load implants such as artificial joints, dental implants, spinal fixation systems, fracture fixation plates, and screws.
