The properties of TA1 titanium alloy primarily stem from its exceptionally high purity (titanium content ≥99.5%) and extremely low impurity levels (particularly oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, and iron). It is the softest and most ductile of all industrial pure titanium grades. Due to its unique combination of properties, TA1 titanium alloy finds extensive applications across multiple sectors demanding stringent material performance. Applications include: Manufacturing various corrosion-resistant equipment such as heat exchangers, reactors, piping systems, pump housings, valves, distillation columns, coolers, and impellers. Producing lightweight, high-ductility, low-stress structural components for aircraft fuselages, such as airframes and thermal insulation covers.
